Read the TOS.
Collected $ 14.30 you have $ 1.00
The credentials are $ 14.30 -% = $ 1.00

I can not pay to Ukraine from Paypal. Send, the email Alertpay. will pay.

2. Payment processor - AlertPay
Payout request refused
As you've invested most via PayPal, you should request a payout through PayPal.

What shall I do?
