Is Titancashbux Scam?

I have already received 2 payments from this site within a short time. also admin is very friendly minded. You can ask anything to him.
On NetBusiness-Team.com describe from their Review that, titancashbux is a PTC which has the following status : "invest only". Titancashbux is not Scam, but Status invest only. reason : Must invest to get paid.

I run a lot of time with the following conclusions on the monitor: "If the site is an investment, it is a scam". Although at any site, there are investments. For example, the purchase of an upgrade.

In TOS they say 14.30 $in titan = 1 USD
on upgrade page as free it says that u get 1500% which is 15 times your investment in USD american dollars. As free member I can payout at 14.30 which is only 1 USD. So if I invest 1 USD I can get out 15 USD in 15 payout requests of 14.30 titan dollars or you will count 14.30 titan dollars as being 1430% of my investment?

You order $ 14.30 from Titan. You will receive a $ 1 in your Alertpay account.
Now let's talk about investments. Suppose you have a standard membership.
For example, you invest in your purchase balance of $ 10. Rules allow you to withdraw 1,500% of the amount of investment.
This $ 150 on Titan.
When you withdraw money system takes the fee. You will receive a total of $ 10.50 to your account in Alertpay. Profit of $ 0.50

Ive seen a few scam sites and also been ripped off by a few aswell.
Ive been paid by titancashbux, and thats proof enough for me.

The easiest way to work out if a site is or will go scam is the advertising prices related to the pay per click.

for example advertisers pay 2cents per click, users get 1cent per click plus 1cent each click from referal . legit

advertisers pay 1$ for 1,000 clicks , users get paid 5cents per click + 5cents for referral clicks ... obvious scam.

ANOTHER QUICK NOTE

When you click the stay strong like titan link/add please take the time to vote the site up the rankings, the higher up they go the more people join, more people=more advertisers=more money each day for users.

Its not a scam although some things may seem unfair .
Admin is nice , and They are exactly followed by the TOS.
